Office Administration

Our client operates a long standing family business in Shepparton and are looking for someone to join their Administration Team. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with a willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Meet and greet clients as they enter the business premises
  • Answering and directing of incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner 
  • Provide high quality level of customer service to customers
  • Assisting other administration team members with duties including accounts payable, invoicing and checking paperwork
  • General office administration duties and other tasks as requested by management.

The successful applicant will need;

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to use initiative and ask questions 
  • A positive can do attitude
