Office Administration
Our client operates a long standing family business in Shepparton and are looking for someone to join their Administration Team. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with a willingness to learn on the job.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Meet and greet clients as they enter the business premises
- Answering and directing of incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional mannerÂ
- Provide high quality level of customer service to customers
- Assisting other administration team members with duties including accounts payable, invoicing and checking paperwork
- General office administration duties and other tasks as requested by management.
The successful applicant will need;
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to use initiative and ask questionsÂ
- A positive can do attitude
