Our client is a high quality food packaging company and they are looking for a Leading Hand to work in their production team at their factory in Shepparton. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Production operation over two shifts, AM & PM with a third shift anticipated in the coming months

• Supervise shift to ensure production runs smoothly

• Identify, record and report problems to management. Assist with solutions

• Comply with all OH&S policies and procedures

• Perform quality tests as required 

• Packaging, labelling and warehouse duties 

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Previous experience in a similar role 

• Willingness to learn new systems

• Strong communication skills 

• Well developed problem solving skills

• Experience in Production Industry

• Willingness to work as a part of a team
